photos, as they are an important part of my description. This ticket app measures approximately 7 1/4" x 5 1/2" on fragile/thin paper stock. Says "Cleveland 13, Ohio" (pre-zip code); please note it also says "195_" underneath one of the
Chief Wahoo
mascots, confirming the 1950's decade with the specific year left blank. The
Cleveland Stadium
ticket prices listed on the application states two bucks for a box seat ticket. Very nifty vintage baseball ephemera!

the ticket app is in very *Fine Shape* overall, showing minimal age/handling faults.....
nice!!
There's a vertical fold down the center, and a small chip out of the upper/left corner.
