VINTAGE 1999 LIFE SYMBOLS HAND PAINTED MOLDED RESIN ROSE CASKET/COFFIN ORNAMENT

This is a vintage 1999 salesman sample from a display at a funeral home showing casket/coffin ornamentation options to potential customers. This piece would have been an example of an adornment for a casket in a resin like material featuring a hand painted metallic bronze toned rose with rose buds, stem, and leaves. On the back of the piece are 2 screws for mounting and also felt circles for setting on a flat surface for display. The brand name is Life symbols and the pattern is simply named "Rose". The piece is hand painted and made in China. The company that distributes these types of products is the Batesville Casket Company, Inc which is located in Batesville, Indiana, USA. They are a large manufacturer of caskets and cremation urns for the funeral industry. This piece measures approximately 6" long x 5" wide x 1.75" deep. It is in pre-owned used excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, scratches or discoloration.
