    Amazing advice from the early 1910s. Maybe 1904? Amazing work. Functions flawlessly.
    The back of the vice Anvil was hammered by a previous owner. There is a 3 inch break in the back. It’s hairline. I’ve done my best to put a ruler on it and light it up with a flashlight. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with this mice aside from that one issue. It never gave me a problem, but that is part of its history.
    Black holds firm and tight. The spring is still quite strong.
    The jaws appear to have been replaced a couple of times.
