Photography Antique Agfa Paper Envelope Negative/ Prints New Delhi India 1930's
This is an antique Agfa paper envelope once used to hold negatives and prints. This item dates to the 1930's and measures 5" x 3 3/8" and opens to 6 1/2". The vivid orange and blue envelope features a picture on the front of a modern Flapper style woman using her camera. Her scarf is blowning it the wind as she jestures with free hand while holding her camera....interesting appeal to women to attact them to photography.  This is a rare item from foreign country. The front reads, " Royal Photographic Co. Kashmere Gate, New Delhi...By Appointment H. E. The Lord Irwin Late Viceroy and Governor General of India". The back side of this envelope has a print order form with no writing. Inside has 2 pockets for prints and negatives. There is text for Agfa paper and film. This is a rare old photography item in good order with light everyday wear as shown and light stain on front.
