MILTEX NO 18-784 EYE DRESSING FORCEPS FULL CURVE TWEEZER TOOL GERMANY 3 3/4" LONG
This eBay listing is for a used watchmaker or medical grade eye dressing forceps / tweezers that is marked Miltex 18-784 Stainless Germany with a size of 3 3/4" long.   The previous owner had tape at the bottom of the handle to identify their tools that I removed.   Some of the tape residue still remains but will clean off with a little Goof Off (which I'm out of at the moment).
